1ļøā£ You have a bunch of brokers out there, trying to get the LOWEST price as you have swithched the fiduciary responsibility to achieve the best and lowest price for THEIR BUYER.
2ļøā£ You will confuse the market as the good buyers will receive your āOFF MARKETā property from seven different brokers and they will back off.
3ļøā£ You will represent yourself as an unrealistic or unmotivated seller, and your property will get stale by the time you get serious about hiring a broker.
šDo your research, find the best broker in your market that specializes in your asset type and hire them. This will almost guarantee the highest price.”
