Sarasota Bradenton International Airport sees another record-breaking year

SARASOTA — Sarasota Bradenton International Airport closed out 2025 with another record-breaking year for passenger traffic. SRQ welcomed more than 4.5 million passengers throughout the year.

In December 2025, 417,468 passengers traveled through SRQ, a 3.05 percent increase from December 2024, when 405,115 passengers were recorded. Total passenger activity for the 12-month period ending December 2025 reached 4,514,781 passengers, a 6.34% increase from calendar year 2024, which recorded 4,245,686 passengers.

“The continued growth we have experienced at SRQ over the past several years has been exceptional,” said Paul Hoback, Jr., President and CEO of Sarasota Bradenton International Airport. “Surpassing 4.5 million passengers in 2025 is an important milestone and reflects strong demand for affordable and reliable air service. We remain focused on supporting our airline partners, enhancing the passenger experience, and meeting the long-term needs of our community and region.”
