Today I filed a trespassing charge against a guy who had broken into our vacant 45k SF listing and was acting crazy from what we could hear!

Working with the out of state owners and local sheriffs office it was handled smoothly and without any concern.

It’s a little unnerving that I cleared this building last week before a showing solo with a flashlight and hunting knife…. Sheesh…
