We couldn’t be more proud of this transaction. We worked with Stock Development’s representatives at SRS (Britt Raymond) and what an enjoyable journey during this acquisition. Most importantly, the client I got to work with was one who I treasure a good deal and assisting her and her family was very satisfying.

It may sound like a Hallmark card, but laying my head down at night knowing that I’ve done right by my clients and customers is something I take very important and serious. This was one of those transactions. A great income producing asset for the future that has strong tenants in a highly desired location with great prospects and outlooks for 2025 and beyond.
