• Rate is locked at Application for free. Typically, you need to post 1% to lock rate with a bank.
• All loans are assumable for 1%. A nice 10-year loan may be very attractive for the next buyer if/when you decide to sell.
• No loan committee risk of execution here. If it fits our box, we close as presented. No loan committee.
