An apartment community in the Tampa suburbs has sold for $37 million.

The Point at West End in Town n Country, built in 1980 on just under 20 acres, sold for $104,000 per apartment, Cushman & Wakefield Inc. said. Its 356 garden-style units are spread through 23 two-story buildings, and the property also includes a clubhouse.

The average unit is 633 square feet with an average market rent of $976 or $1.54 per square foot.
