Tampa Office Welcomes 18 Year Industry Veteran

Marcus & Millichap has brought on Sean Dreznin as a senior associate in the firm’s Tampa, Florida, office.
Dreznin will be partnering with the Casey Babb team.
Grant Fitzgerald, sales manager of the office, said of Dreznin, “His skill and expertise in Southwest Florida, especially in the Sarasota submarket, will help better serve our current and future clients in the area.”
Dreznin brings 18 years of commercial real estate experience, with a focus on the multifamily sector. He has closed more than 80 transactions with a market value of almost $100 million.
