Hyde Park Apartments Sells Two-Story Multifamily Complex for $5.1 Million

American Residential Investment Management, a multifamily investor based in Wake Forest, NC, acquired the 30-unit Park West Apartments from Hyde Park Apartments for $5.1 million, or about $170,000 per unit.

Built in 1974, the 21,491-square-foot apartment complex is located at 3215 W. Swann Ave. The Park West Apartments offers a mix of one- and two-bedroom floorplans, ranging in size from 767 to 826 square feet, according to CoStar data.
