
A New York company acquired the Lockwood Village Plaza, a strip center on 3.3 acres at the corner of Tallevast and Lockwood Ridge roads, according to county records.
Tenants at the center include Lazy Lobster restaurant, Palm Aire Animal Medical Center and Wings-N-Things. The center has several vacant storefronts.
The 28,838-square-foot plaza, built in 1987, was acquired by 7113 Fort Hamilton LLC, a Bellemere, N.Y., company managed by Katerina Moutzouroulias, state records show.
Seller Lockwood Village Plaza Ltd., a company headed by Seymour Ravinsky of Coral Springs, paid $3.52 million for the property in 2008.
