My Top 10 NFL Mock Draft Picks

My Top 10 NFL Mock Draft Picks

What Me Worry?

#1. Carolina – Cam Newton – This is similar to dating a girl that you like, but longing for the hot girl thats out of your league. Only this time, Carolina has the pick, the cap room and the need to fill seats. Hey Jimmy Clausen, we need to talk. It’s not you, its us.

#2. Denver – Marcell Dareus – Anyone who saw Sport Science w/ Marcell move 900 lbs of bags in 2 seconds and sack a dummy with over 1,300 LBS of force can imagine why Denver just got weak in the knees and Marcell just got his posse Dre Beats headphones and $30k platinum necklaces.

#3. Buffalo – Blaine Gabbert – Look, we get that Buffalo thinks they are without capable QB. Hello! Fitzy is standing right here and can hear you! Buffalo is the shining example of a team that needs a star. Somewhere. Anywhere. And defensively they could use a Von Miller, but Aaron Maybin still stings. Now certain folks (Peter King) thinks Bills should take Tackle Anthony Costanzo and others say taking a QB. You gamble on another QB or put a mountain on the line or take your chances with a defensive player. Let’s look back at that recent history. (Waving frantically to Aaron Maybin) Please take smart over sexy Buffalo…

#4. Cincinnati – Julio Jones – Enough with T.O. & OchoCinco. With one Palmer out and the potential starter his brother in waiting, the pick which seems to make the most sense is maybe a QB, but with so many potential free agents, Bulger, Kolb, etc… Another WR seems like a Cincy move.

#5. Arizona – A.J. Green – With Cincy grabbing Julio, Arizona looks past Patrick Peterson (the next best player still remaining) and adds fuel to Larry Fitzgeralds fire. Arizona MUST and will grab a free agent QB this offseason. I can also see Houston trading up here to get Patrick Peterson or at #6 or #7 as well, depending on the draft picks of those teams.

#6. Cleveland – Patrick Peterson – Still reeling from losing both WR’s at #4 & #5, the Browns grab Patrick Peterson to complement their already strong defense. Remember, the browns play against Baltimore, Pittsburgh & … well, I guess thats pretty much the competition. They will have to look at free agents for a WR.

#7. SF 49ers – Von Miller – With V.M. still on the board, the 49ers jump at the chance to get a play maker on defense.

#8. Tennessee – Nick Fairley – Titans should look long and hard (thats what she said!) at Andy Dalton, but they need defensive upgrades and Fairley should provide that. They still are jonesing for the Haynesworth fix they were used to. Fairley enables that habit.

#9. Dallas – Tyron Smith – Dallas needs O-line help. The wheels have fallen off that line and it shows. Little running attack, Romo always on the turf. Tackle Tyron is just what the doctor ordered.

#10. Washington Redskins – Robert Quinn – Washington needs a lot of help. Quinn aids the D. Look for Julio Jones to fall (If he gets by Cleveland) or Nick Fairley if Tennessee comes to their senses and pick Dalton or Locker.
